Function
As an IT infrastructure manager, your missions will be to manage and drive the modernization of the infrastructure at Lutosa, covering two production sites as well as the central offices in Leuze and Waregem. The role also includes the management of Lutosa's various satellite sites worldwide (sales and administrative offices).
Manage all components of the IT infrastructure, including (but not limited to): on-premise environments, license management, M365 migration and administration, cloud and hybrid environments, infrastructure strategy implementation, network management and modernization, hardware equipment, implementation of AI-related frameworks, as well as the implementation and automation of the helpdesk.
The goal is to integrate AI as a service within the infrastructure.
Infrastructure & Network
- Drive infrastructure (on-premise & cloud) and network modernization
- Manage migration to the cloud (M365...) and optimize costs
- Standardize tools and environments (Teams, telephony, workstations)
IT & support management
- Monitor IT assets and purchasing policies
- Set up and optimize a helpdesk tool (incidents, changes, assets)
- Provide support to internal teams (IT & OT)
IA & innovation
- Deploy an AI Center of Excellence
- Develop and integrate solutions based on data and artificial intelligence
- Ensure a technology watch and Propose innovations
Digital Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation (cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Infrastructure as Code)
Management & collaboration
- Mentor and develop an IT team
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Governance & performance
- Manage suppliers and IT budget
- Ensuring the safety, compliance and performance of systems
Safety, quality & environment
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality (BRC, HACCP) and environmental standards
- Participate in risk prevention and continuous improvement
Plus +
Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 5 years as a manager
- Excellent command of environments infrastructure & networks, as well as concepts of application modernization, cloud, data and AI/ML
- Solid knowledge of the ecosystem Azure and cybersecurity issues
- Ability to think strategically and align technology with business objectives
- Strong analytical mind and ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions
Formation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent field
Soft skills
- Leadership Asserted with the ability to federate and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration, both internally and with external partners
